At Khan Wood Interiors, we understand that every client has a different budget. However, our work is not based on being the lowest-cost interior contractor or local carpenter.
Our pricing reflects the quality of workmanship, finishing standards, professional execution, project management and attention to detail that we provide.
We may sometimes have higher rates than ordinary local-market quotations. This is because we do not compromise the agreed Khan Wood Interiors quality standard simply to match a lower price.
If reducing the project price would require us to compromise the quality, finishing, workmanship or execution standard, we prefer to decline the work rather than deliver a result below our professional standard.

Payment Terms
50% Advance
For material procurement and project preparation.
30% Working Payment
After material delivery to the site and commencement of work.
20% Final Working Payment
When approximately 50% of the project work has been completed, for continuation and completion of the remaining work.
Flexible Payment Arrangement
Depending on project circumstances and mutual agreement, the final 20% may be divided into 10% + 10% milestones.
Final Handover
The remaining agreed work is completed and the project is professionally handed over.
Payment Policy: Advance payment relating to material procurement or work commencement is non-refundable, subject to the agreed quotation, invoice and project terms.

Custom Orders & Project Terms
Custom & Made-to-Order Work
Custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, cabinetry and other made-to-order products are manufactured according to approved dimensions, designs, materials and finishes.
Once specially ordered materials have been procured or manufacturing/execution has commenced, cancellation or refund eligibility may be affected by costs already incurred.
Design Approval
Production and execution proceed according to the client's approved designs, dimensions, colours, materials and specifications.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and/or changes to the project timeline.
Design & Professional Services
Consultation, measurement, design, drawings, 3D visualization and other professional services are provided according to the agreed quotation and applicable project terms.
Materials
Natural wood, veneer, marble, stone, fabric and other materials may naturally vary in grain, texture, shade and pattern.
Material specifications and availability are confirmed before execution.
Defects & Rectification
Where a genuine manufacturing or workmanship issue is identified, the affected work may be inspected and, where applicable, repaired, rectified or replaced according to the agreed project terms.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation schedules depend on project scope, material availability, site readiness, client approvals and other project conditions.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is payable according to the agreed payment schedule stated in the quotation or invoice.
Detailed commercial terms, payment schedules, warranties and project-specific conditions are confirmed in the client's quotation, invoice or agreement.
